Beautiful but very heavy!
This is my first Dutch oven. I have used it only one time so far to make a pot roast. I used it to sear the beef and deglaze. Then I put it in the oven for 3 hours at 300°. The last two pictures show how well it cleaned after the first use. I took a close-up picture of one of the handles that seemed to have a defect of some sort. Hopefully that will not affect the enamel. This is a very heavy pot and after putting food in it, it is extremely heavy and hard to lift.
