Superb small Wok !!
Arriving with a super clean and shiny finish I was amazed at how nice this pan looks. It has a solid riveted handle boss you screw in the wooden handle to. A wooden lid comes along too, but wondering how good this will be with heat? The wood has already been carbonized, we’ll see I have other lids that fit too. The slick hammered surface is beautiful and even eggs with a tad of oil or butter slide around and can be flipped over easily. I learned about ‘carbon steel’ pans watching all those cooking shows and the pans are totally black, thinking they never clean them. Soon, however, I realized this is the magic of carbon black coating pans get that very little will ever stick to, don’t scrub it off you old fool….hehe… This is a decent top notch pan and don’t pass up getting one for your magic kitchen!

Good mainly for small batches or as a secondary wok. Medium size, but great for cooking for one or 2 people, not a fan of the lid, but the wok itself looks good, easy to clean and it has not developed any rust after use

This 9.5 inch wok is a decent size. It’s perfect for our small household and doesn’t take up too much space in my small kitchen. It’s perfect size and quality especially considering the number of times I would actually use it for it’s true purpose a year. It’s easy to assemble and the handle. I just need to remember to watch the heat when I use this – it heats up fast and I initially had some stickage of food. But, on the plus side, it washed up easily. I’m not sure I’m crazy about the wooden lid – I worry about it might be coated with something I don’t want in the food. Also, I don’t know how long the lid will hold up. But, it seems to be a decent product for the cost.
