Not bad, but not quite what I was expecting
I ordered this nonstick pan primarily for cooking eggs. First off I thought the pan would be heavier. It is pretty light and I wonder if the pan will hold up under use. Hopefully it will. I guess time will tell. I also find it a bit frustrating to turn over scrambled eggs with a spatula. I seems to have a bit if difficulty getting the spatula under the eggs without the eggs tearing or folding. (I make egg sandwiches with cheese and cooked bacon on 2 slices of toast and I like the scrambled eggs in one piece). I don’t know if it is the angle of the edge of the pan or what. the pan is OK. maybe I will like it better the more I use it.
